1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ServicePie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServicePie website, mobile applications, API, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by ServicePie Technologies ("ServicePie", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, browsing our catalog, booking a service, or listing your services as a provider partner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
2. Scope of Services & Marketplace Role
ServicePie provides a technology-driven marketplace that connects consumers seeking residential, commercial, cleaning, maintenance, appliance, and beauty/wellness services with independent, verified service providers ("Professionals" or "Partners").
- Independent Contractor Relationship: Service professionals are independent service contractors and not direct employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of ServicePie.
- Platform Facilitation: ServicePie manages catalog standardization, customer scheduling, digital payment processing, safety vetting, and customer dispute resolution.
- Quality Standards: While we enforce rigorous vetting, onboarding, and satisfaction assurances, the contractual obligation for on-site execution rests between the Consumer and the assigned Professional.
3. User Accounts & Verification
To book or deliver services, users must create a verified account via OTP verification, email, or Single Sign-On (Google/Apple). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and session tokens. Any activity originating from your authenticated account is presumed to be authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify ServicePie Support immediately at support@servicepie.in.
4. Bookings, Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices presented on ServicePie reflect transparent itemized rates, base inspection/labor charges, and applicable statutory taxes (GST).
- Authorized Gateways: Digital payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards).
- Post-Service Additions: Any spare parts or additional services agreed upon on-site must be officially billed through the ServicePie application to remain covered under warranty.
- Invoicing: Digital tax invoices are automatically generated and made available in your account portal upon completion of the service.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
We understand schedules change. You may reschedule or cancel appointments in accordance with the following terms:
Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment slot without any fee.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the slot or upon partner arrival may incur a nominal conveyance fee (₹99).
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment source within 3-5 business days.
6. User Conduct & Community Guidelines
ServicePie maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against discrimination, harassment, abusive language, and unsafe work environments.
- Customers must provide safe access to the premises, water, and power necessary for service execution.
- Professionals must adhere to standardized uniforms, safety equipment, and respectful professional demeanor.
- Circumvention of the Platform to conduct off-record private transactions is strictly prohibited and voids all warranty protections.
7. Limitations of Liability & Warranty
ServicePie provides a Service Warranty of up to 30 days on eligible repairs and maintenance. If any covered issue recurs within the warranty window, we will send an expert to inspect and rectify it free of charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServicePie shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising outside of the booked scope of work. Any compensation is capped at the total fee paid for the specific service transaction.
8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal details, location data, and booking histories are governed by our . ServicePie encrypts payment and personal data using industry-standard protocols and never sells your personal information to third parties.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
ServicePie reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently deactivate any account found engaging in fraudulent transactions, fake reviews, harassment of service professionals, or violation of these Terms. Users may also request deletion of their account at any time via Profile > Settings.
